• Estimated delivery: Q1 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. You will receive workshop milestone updates if the schedule changes.
• Please keep your shipping address current. To change it before shipment, write to contact@avaliluggage.com with your order number.

Returns and refunds

• After thirty days, you will receive a full refund at any point before your piece ships.
• After your piece ships, refunds are replaced by the lifetime hardware warranty for qualifying issues.
